User-Contributed Transcription -2-In fact, it seems that quite a few of my favorite writers are women. I've always liked Stern, although she takes an unconscionable time getting it said occasionally. And she always had a respect for the tales of 'Rumen Goddan?] and Rosamond Schuman. (I once wrote a review for a school paper of Schuman's "A Note in Music." My critique was almost mystically unintelligible, chiefly because I had only a dim idea of what the book was about, and it had a great succes [??] time). The BBC scripts in "The Listener" sound interesting and I should very much like to read them. And if you can conveniently come by a Pocket-Book edition of a dictionary or thesaurus, I could make good use of it. My vocabulary is a source of pride and astonishment to me, and I'd kind of like to know what it all means. The Po' Man's Prometheus,Jim Blake2635 Commonwealth Ave.Jacksonville, Fla.
