Advertises a scheme in which those who purchase a cake of soap for $1 also receive a sealed envelope containing the name of a discounted item they are now eligible to purchase. Broadside includes a price list of these items which include watches, jewelry, pens, engravings, razors, butter knives, handkerchiefs, and "miscellaneous articles."
