Clark St. ... printed letterheadChicago,  February 10 MS 1894Mrs. Chas. Senhile?4716 Evans Ave., CityDear Madam.I have received to-day a letter from the Senate Secretary of the National Union, notifying me that he is ready and has been so for several days to issue the order in payment of the claim of your late husband. He further states that he has as yet not received the guardianship papers for the beneficiary and asks me why this has been neglected. The Treasurer does not desire to hold this money any longer if this guardian is not going to be appointed word unclear same time.I would suggest that you immediately forward guardianship papers to S.W. Myers, Box 82, Toledo, Ohio, so as not to delay this matter any longer. A speedy settlement must be in your own interest.Yours, respectfully,Otto C HenkelmanSecr. La Salle Council No 368 N.
