User-Contributed Transcription you had gone. She said "my Father is gone and your Isaac is gone" "and he is danmuner's Isaac too," she said.I do wish you could find time to write to father while you are gone. I think about him so much. He must feel very lonely & strange. Mother always waited on him so carefully that he will hardly know where to go or what to do. No frost yet, but pretty cold night & morning. Have not gathered Catawabas yet. Made nine bowls of jam - very nice.No meeting sabbath A.M. Mr. Wilbur gone to Presbytery. S. I. Concert in P.M. at Episcopal chh. I went with the boys. Heard the Rev Baptist Leanord speak. A perfect contrast to Mr. Heyhunst. Seemed to have quite a faculty of interesting children. Regular western man, I should imagine. Good night, your Nettie.Love to Mrs Keyes and Mr Keyes as well.
