I'll lay this by till tomorrow.Tuesday morning - I wrote a little Sabbath evening while the rest were talking, and it it hardly worth sending. Yesterday George and I employed part of a rainy forenoon in putting moss round some little pictures. In the P.M. I finished letters to Anna and mother; and, about four, G or I went over to Capt. Whipples to tea. Had a very pleasant time. Everyone asks after you and a great many send love & respects &c. This morning it rains again. Hope it will not rain tomorrow, because it will be bad getting to the cars. I did not mention in speaking of your letter, the safe arrival of the ten dollars. If it had been thought of in season, I might have got money of father, and saved your sending it. I paid for the coloring $4,14. for Anna and me together. That I suppose I have not now enough to get home with. If I do not get more from you at Westboro I can
