User-Contributed Transcription your last letter. Have not heard anything since you left till we came except by Eliab who wrote a week ago Friday. Eliab will go to Brownville tomorrow. Mallie Lucy and mother with him and I guess they will all return with him Wednesday. Then Mallie & mother * I will go up again by & by. Mallie wants to make the first visit here and still to go with Eliab. Mallie says it looks nicely here. She likes the grove. Mayo joggles me vigorously now & then. I do hope Charles will bring home a letter from you to night. He has just come home with his shirt wet enough with perspiration to be rung - guess he has worked too hard. I must hasten. We feast on bread & milk already do come & help speedily. O so much love, from your own NettieLetter from Dunbarton Saturday - all well - George coming to Hiltesy this week- goes to College 1st Sept.
