User-Contributed Transcription Friday Feb 16 - Colder yet - 10�� below zero. Pump frozen again, but got it out again. Herbert & Henry went to LaGrange. I had head ache all forenoon. Much & more than I could do to keep warm and keep John warm. Mr. Wilbur called. Asked for Eliza. Talked with her a few minutes in the hall. Wilder went down at this time for the mail, and to Drs for the pail. Got letter from Lucy Pond - and Valentine from Edith besides papers. Cold - cold - pump froze again Mary Rich went down to Drs from school. I did not go out to meeting. not feeling very well. Have'nt been since Tuesday night.
