I made over two collars - had not linen to make more - Good nightYour inkstand, saw box etc. Mother thinks had better not go, as tis bad putting them in a bundle.Oct. 11th 1847 I had no tape for your bosoms. Brattleboro Mr. I.S. Metcalf L.H.Metcalf Northfield Mother Mass. Oct. 1st 1847 Milo[bottom of page, upside down] I have merely written to Mr. Cushing that you were absent, where you were, the usual wages of teachers here, and that probably there were schools not yet engaged. Was that right?
