I presume the journey & the getting out into the world would be a benefit and a pleasure to him, but whether the pecuniary benefit alone, would be a sufficient inducement, and compensation for the evils of various kinds necessarily attendant on his absence from home, I am not so clear. If he only won't get the ague, or some other western fever which will trouble him after he comes back, I won't object! What does Albina think of it?
