It seems a great thing to me for her to go & leave Home and all her Brothers & sisters that she loves so well & for whom she has done so much. She really has done a good deal for a sister to do for you all especially for you - younger ones in the way of fostering care, and anxious looking out for your interest more than you can any of you believe? unless you should have families of your own. She has faults - who has not? I fear that Joseph is to hard upon her very much sometimes. She has been some trouble and expense to but she would willingly do three times as much for him if it was in her power - he wounds her feelings deeply - sometimes without doing any good I fear. I believe she is about writing to Gov. Slade. If I had seriously thought of her trying to go, I should have enquired more patiently? about schools out where Cousins Jerusha and Carraline are where is that Miss Dutton they told of what does she teach what pay does she get. Tell every thing you know all about these matters & what A. had better do Write soon if you can.
