User-Contributed Transcription from Milo - both babies got out of their bias? as the woman said - Percie has been really sick as Nettie wrote you - very feverish & restless night & day -he won't willingly stay with anybody but me, but Mary is a perfect nobody & I have had to see to everything, do her work after her etc. She cannot cook at all, even to make a loaf of eatable bread, cannot do starched things, about half washes, very slack about all her work, have to wash more than half the dishes over before using them, and she is if possible more awkward & uncouth & coarse than Mrs.Cat? In disposition & temper very like Jane, prepared at all times for a saucy word to anybody - independent & bold - takes evident pride in talking to Sabra before me so as to show that she don't care for me -she is the strangest specimen
