User-Contributed Transcription seen an impatient motion. Percie is doing nicely. He eats three quarters of the time and teases for something to eat the rest of the time. You would be astonished to see him put down the bread and apple sauce, which, with milk, is his usual food. He gains flesh & strength very fast - really begins to try to go alone some. We had a dear cunning little likeness of Mayo by mail a few days since - it is worth ever so much to us. I do think 'tis worth while to have the little ones to look at when we can. I shall try sometime to get Percie's, for her. Eliab and Mallie went from here a week ago today. Katie Ely came to help set them up, they have got pretty well going now. Some good letters have been recived by us all from you brothers both, lately - I don't mind exactly about debt & credit, but write whenever I can. You say Isaac, that you trouble yourself about Nettie's & Sabra's being here so long - you both amuse & provoke me. [left-hand side] If you think of it and can without trouble, I wish you would pick up, now & then, here & there, any pretty & curious rocks, minerals, curiosities of any and all sorts, & bring them this way.
