User-Contributed Transcription Sun. 28 Church, S.S. & prayermeeting slept a little in P.M. Uncle George preached at West Millbury.

Mon. 29 In house nearly all day - gray and drizzly - Uncle George read us his lecture - "5 times over the Alps" in evening - began on second of Harl's mittens. Read "Eschatology" in Progressive Orthodoxy. studied Geology.

Tues. 30 Rain. Left Millbury 6:55. At Wellesley finished packing, changed clothes, found letter from Pater. took 11:07 train for Boston. had dinner in Lowell Station - took the wrong train at first, so had to wait in station till 3, studying Geology - Reached Franklin at 6:35 & took hack to the Closson's - nice place, good supper, nice people.

Wed. 31 Lay in bed till 10 o'clock or so. note feeling very spry. a very quiet, restful day - played games in evening.

Thurs. Apr 1 Had a ride in evening after a very early supper & saw some fine views - [[?]]tion of Winnipesogee & Pennigewasset -
