User-Contributed Transcription Sunday Jan. 17 A beautiful springlike day. Colder in evening. Went to church in the village. Mr. Peloubet preached a good sermon. Miss Griffiths and I went in the evening to Young People's Meeting and evening Service, both excellent.

Monday Jan. 18 Beautiful day. Went up to College soon after breakfast. took my skates to the village to be fixed & again went after them. Went skating a little in afternoon and again in the evening. Met Mr. Sherman Denton on the ice, skated with him a little and had some religious talk or discussion. Mended clothes. Wrote letter home. Letters from Wilder, Annie & Ethel.

Tues. 19 Snow and rain - cleared off in evening. Qual. Class omitted. Review of "The Law" in Bible class. Went to prayermeeting at 7 at College, and to Faculty Meeting thereafter. Letter fr. the Mither. Note from Marion Sheldon.

Wed. 20 Beautiful weather. Examined Qual. Class on the Classes of Metals. Did some quantitative work. Went to prayermeeting. and
