Thurs. 6 Cool. rain in evening - Baby not well - bowl troubles - Grace Johnson suffering from cholera morbus. 17 people at prayermeeting - led by Mr. Ely - Missionary meeting. Lizzie DeWitt here in afternoon.

Fri. 7 Rainy in morning. gray all day - Missionary Meeting - Oberlin Band in Shanse, China - Letter from John - Grace & baby both better. Went to Library after missionary meeting -

Sat. 8 Cool & clear. Assisted in making doughnuts & cookies. Took children & babies to ride - Annie came home this P.M. Harry went to the Lake with Opportunity Club. Day of Grants' funeral in New York. Exercises & decorations here. Grace Johnson went home at 1:26.
