User-Contributed Transcription Monday Oct 4 Went to Boston at 10, and to the Aztec Fair with Elizabeth. Eliza bought books etc. in P.M. Came outside at 3:45. Anniversary Service for Mr. Durant this evening. Address by Dr. Duryea. Edith left at 11:44 A.M. for Worcester. Letter from Annie also from Soloman John - wrote home.
Tues. 5 Classes as usual - Prof. Niles came - Head Meeting 6:15-9:30.
Wed. 6 Went to Boston at 8 - came back at 10 - bought a rider for Balance etc - Prayer meeting in evening.
Thurs. 7 Christian Union came, also Independent - Letter fr. Mrs. Watson - sent letter to Miss Munger - Examination at 1:30 - Papers in evening - good [note good is underlined] - Christian Association Meeting.
Friday 8 Began work in Volumetrics Analysis with Quantitative Class. Chem examination at 9. Did papers in evening. Miss Kelseyand I went to prayer meeting in the village.
