User-Contributed Transcription Thurs 28 Rain. Went to village with Simon to [[?plumber's]] for some [[solder]]. to Miss Townsend's to beg some apples. Annual Meeting of Christian Association this evening. Wrote letter to Ethel.
Fri. 29 Rain, rain. Wrote to Harry - brief letters to pater, Uncle George, & Abby Morse. Miss Freeman gone to Philadelphia and Bryn Mawr. Letter from Pater. 2 brief notes from Miss. Eaton.
Sat. Oct. 30 Rain. Rain. Walked to Natick & back in P.M. to buy chestnuts & ribbon, for our Halloween Party, wh. came off from 7:30 - 8:30 in Chem. Lect. Room, Many were in costume at dinner - a Statue of Liberty was unveiled & presented.
Sun. 31 Rain. rain - quite tired & sleepy - coughing some. Mr. Peloubet preached - went to church - & 5 o'clock prayer meeting here - Bible Class in evening - with Misses Marsh, Kelsey & Howes.
Mon. Nov. 1 Cloudy in A.M. Cleared about noon - Went to Boston at 8:15 - did shopping - Noon Prayer meeting at Beacon Hill Church - dinner at Alhambra - then took streetcar for Cambridge to see Miss Eaton
