Sat. 13 Kept Sunday Library in A.M. Classes as usual. Telegram from Mrs Booth in P.M. Sent telegram to her, and also Special Delivery letter. Interviewed Bible teachers as to her coming. Carrie Cummings & Carrie Soule first interviewed. Studied Sunday School lesson. Hattie Rood here with a friend, to lunch -
Sun. 14 Dr. Herrick preached at College. Went to church & S.S. - class - Mrs. Sterus, Mr. Cowan, Mr. Short & I - Went to College in P.M. Carried some gentians to Mrs. Webb. just left them at door. Met Mrs. Booth, Capt. Brown & Miss Hamer at station at 6:24 & took them to College. Mrs. Booth spoke in chapel at 7:30-9 - then in parlor till 10 - she & Capt. Bonn went to Stowe Hall for the night .She took the College by storm -
Mon. 15 Mrs Booth led chapel at College & spoke & we benighted ones knew not of it - I took her and her friends to drive 9:30 - 11. We had dinner here at 11:15, and I went with them to Boston at 12:15. Elizabeth Byington was also on the train & sat with us - I did some shopping & came out at 3:45 - Went to College in evening to Reading, Prof. Hibbard of Middletown University. saw Mrs Nary about the crackers - six new student lamps arrived -
