Sunday.5. Lovely weather. 22 degrees in early morning. thawing & muddy later. Went to 2nd Bapt. Ch. Hampton to S.S. with Uzzle, Williams +c. taught class, & spoke briefly to school. My own S.S. went pretty well. lesson on Esther - back just in time. Went down Goose Alley in P.M. with Miss Camp & Miss Pond. 5 houses. Church - Communion Service - Several united today - Herndon White, Blanton, Marshall Bird, Islie Thomas, Olivia Collins - Carrie Andrews - +c.
Y.M.C.A. meeting in evening. Mr Turner told a Temperance Story at prayers. C.E. Consecration Meeting afterwards.

Monday. 6. Warmer. Fair weather. Wrote letters in A.M. in Library, to Nette, Ethel, King Foster - & card home. Review of Reviews came & Week's Currents - & Wellesley Magazine. In afternoon went on a good tramp with Myrtie Sherman - across creek. Pettiford rowed us across to begin with - 6 boys at little meeting.

Tuesday. 7. Classes as usual. Walk with Miss Nettelton.

Wed. 8. Warm. Studied History. Walk with Miss Moore over by Seminary - Middlers sang in evening. Teachers' Meeting 1/2 hr. only.
