Thurs. Dec. 1. Cold - Classes all day - went out doors after lunch. Phillips Brooks spoke at 7. He that overcometh shall inherit all things - immortality - personal friendship with God (white stone & new name). purity. (shall walk with me in white.) participate in God's purpose & work (pillar in the temple of my God.) power to aid right & rebuke wrong (to sit down with me on my throne.)
Fri. 2 Bible lesson on The Offerings. Hydrogen experiments in Laboratory this week. Mr Clapp lectured on Twelfth Night. very good - difference between a good (Sir Andrew & a donkey. (Malvolio) - praise of Viola +c -
Sat. 3 Swept & dusted room. Alumnae Meeting at 3. letters fr. Dora Freeman & Alma Wright - & Helen Sanborn. Read "Daughter of Fife" ^ mended stockings with Miss Jackson in evening - Class of '87 in force at Alumnae Meeting (Farsworth 7 Vant.)
