Monday. 25. Very cold_ clear but no thawing - good sleighing - Went to Lizzie's in P.M. called on Flo at Mr Mussey's. found a washerwoman, Mrs Richmond on Chestnut Street. sent washing down to her by Ely about 5 P.M. Irving here with Uncle Eliab-
Tues. 26 Cold, cold. Aunt Anna's funeral at 2. conducted by Irving, Will DeWitt reading some Scripture- DeWitt Gaylord + wife, + Grace were here. also Mr + Mrs Higbee, Mrs Cookey + her son Walter- A + A came out at 9:10 + went back at 4:08. Mayo did not come Mr Richmond brought back the unironed clothes tonight + carried away some skimmed milk- Nette + I carried milk to Mrs Brooks + heard a letter from Bessie, from the Deaconess' Home-
Wed. 27 Pump froze in P.M. Nette + Harry worked over it 1 1/2 hrs. while I did some ironing. 56 pieces _ small. Went to see Lizzie DeWItt in P.M. Aunt Mallie rode around here with Uncle E.W. in sleigh-
Thurs. 28. Cold & clear. Mae gems for supper of frozen oatmeal, Cal. Breakfast Food + Rice, with cream. Very good- Baked apples for supper, + gingerbread - Very few at prayer meeting + teachers' meeting
