User-Contributed Transcription Presidents, one for each meeting up to Jan. '89 - & some Committees to attend the County Convention to be held here, Oct. 20 - Went to prayermeeting with Miss Winson in evening - note from Mr Sanborn, inviting me as a S.S. teacher, to his house tomorrow evening, 7:30 to 10. Very tired and sleepy.
Sat.6 Classes +c as usual. Did Note Bks. after 2:20 class till 4:30 or later. Rain. Miss Winsor and I did not go to Mr Sanborn's accordingly - mended hose & sang some with the girls in evening.
Sun. 7 - Rain, rain - Went to church & S.S. Taught my new class, wh. consisted, to my amazement, of Mr Willis Sterus & Mr Robert Anderson. Very nice. Went in evening to Y.P.S.C.E. Missionary Meeting, then to College to hear Phillips Brooks, on Missions, their meaning & our responsibility - Miss Cameron, Miss Hall, Clinton Fuller, and Maggie went up with us.
Mon. 8 Clear weather mostly - went to Nahaut, Misses Parkes, Patterson, Chambers, McAlarney & I - 8:15 - back at 5:35 - good time - good lunch - Went to candypull at Waban in evening, all of us except Helen Chambers - Letter s from Pater, John and Carrie.
Tues. 9 Snowstorm - clear and starry in evening. Classes as usual - Note Bks. till 4:15 or so. Wrote note to Mrs. Durant about lamps -
