Service in church all together after supper. Mr Frissel talked about Miss Dillingham. We began in Night School at 7:50. My class sang the last half hour. I gave a notice to the Middle boys at close of Study hour about the Monday night meeting - Watch came.

Tues. 16 B's & D's this morning. Workday changed to Wed. for B's. Miss Moore & I tried to go across the creek at 4, but foudn the tide so low that we gave it up, and only did many errands about the grounds. Letter fr. Pater, also fr. C.F.R. & M.M.

Wed. 17 Went across to Little England schoolhouse about 1. to get papers for Minkins and his S.S. Teachers' Meeting at 5, remarks by Miss Ellery, the new drawing teacher. Chocolate at Mrs Armstrong's after school. I went with Dora. No letters.

Thurs. Oct. 18. Went to Y.M.C.A. prayermeeting. News in Night School, and history - wrote letter home.

Friday. 19. 3 classes in A.M. workdays changed. A Junior in Bible this evening, tired at 9, as usual on Friday. Some condoling with Misses Hillard & Nettleton.

Sat. 20. Letter from Miss Katherine Lente Stevenson about Purity literature. Beth, mending +c in afternoon. Went to call on Mrs Davis & Miss Williamson in evening. Studied S.S. lesson somewhat. Conferred with Miss Booth & Miss Woodward about the
