Thursday. Nov. 2. Wrote letter home - sent for Week's Current for Hopkins - cards to Ethel, Harl, We, Will, Mayne & M.M. Fuller to sent me ballots from the 7 different states for next week's election. Walked to Hampton with Miss Moore - Bicycle down towards Old Point, then around grounds with Israel Hill - Evening - Girl's Meeting for 10 minutes or so - Bible Class, & Literature, notes on Bryant and Poe - Dora & I had a fire after Night School.
Friday - Nov. 3. Fair weather. Classes as usual. tired, ready for end of week. Algebra & Literature (Holmes) in evening - Sykes, Thompson & Green out for Scholarship Letters most of evening -
Sat. 4. Beautiful day - warmer - Classes went well. Bath at Va. Hall. Miss Clapp, not having received my note, came for me to go to Shellbanks, & promised to get me over to Little England S.S. in the morning. So I suddenly went just at noon, leaving Dora to attend to various business for me. A lovely ride out there. Lay down nearly all afternoon. Boys came in to my sing in evening.
Sunday. 5 - Gray & rainy all day - through no real pouring rain - All the missionary parties went out in spite of weather - Cap't Jordan took me to Little England - the lily bulb was there, & we had the resurrection lesson. Mr Turner taught the Seniors - S.S. began at 11:10, as it is to do
