User-Contributed Transcription Sat. 25. Went to Natick in A.M. after my dress - missed 11 o'clock train back, so walked, Mrs. Bacon buying gossamer jacket & hat Panama passed over. For me - Took 1:55 train to Boston with C.F.R. to buy chem. apparatus. Fairbanks & Brown - & Prang Educational Co. met Persy Richards at Providence Station at 5. Went out to Cambridge with her, around by Charleston & So[??]ville. saw Capt. Zettie Simons, S.A. Supper at 255 Broadway Cambridge, and Salvation Army meeting in evening. The Mrs Lutes with whom Persy R. boards has 11 cats, 2 dogs & 2 birds - her daughter, Lizzie Barter, belongs to the Salvation Army - Bed late -
Sun. 26 Bed till almost 9 A.M. breakfast - then Holiness Meeting at 11 - Dinner Meeting at 3 - supper & meeting at 7:30. Miss Richard's brother Jack, came around to go to meeting with us in the evening - it was a very solemn meeting. Gray, cold, day -
Mon. 27 Cool - Up about 7 - Went over to 12 Fairwell Place - Miss Eaton was in Boston - Then stayed there to an early dinner - shad, potatoes, tomato +c - strawberry shortcake. Went again to Farewell Place at 1 - & stayed with Miss Eaton till I left to take 3 oclock
