User-Contributed Transcription and Brownville and has told doubtless all the news respecting the welfare of our loved ones there. Charlie is a dear little fellow much more interesting in his ways than last summer; the little dogs gave him much delight; he is gifted with a nature of quick , keen sensibilities perhaps only , however as a source of suffering. Eliab sent a letter in a package containing the instructions of Dr. Osgoods, mailing it two days ago. I have been some what disappointed this week albeit living most of the time almost a recluse; The Vestry of the new church is finished & one room called the ladies room in which the Sewing circle is held has conveniences for heating water and a closet for dishes. last evening was the annual meeting, a public invitation was given to the supper provided picnic fashion- by the ladies. we sent a plate? jelly cake - and every body was there. So many wealthy ones are joining that church that Eliab says they are in danger of being the most aristocratic society in the city. Mr Walter Brown, G. B. Foster, married Katharine Nee Grace?___ Isaac Hatch, Wheelright_ I mention these names for Isaac's benefit. The girls of the Sabbath School furnished a table of pretty thingsby Eliab this noon . We hope to get another letter from you this week - are anxious to know of your health. Love
