Sam'l has launchedout and bought a stuffed chair, a solar lamp $5,00and today a Fitch tippet and wristers for Lucy.long and warm. I have bought her a new sleight bonnetlined and trimmed and it is a little beauty, the bonnetwas $1,25, she used some old ribbon. You ask after mythoughts feelings &c I live now only in the presentand have no thought on feelings scarcely, beyondthe passing hour. I once in a while read french alittle with Eliab but often have something to do on
