User-Contributed Transcription Then again sometime in the Middle of the day, retire to your room, with plenty of pure clean water, again, stripping entirely, bathe thoroughly, especially the Back then sleep two or three hours, and repeat the process of Bathing thoroughly, immediately before retiring for the nightWill you not now try this plan, and thoroughly. It is strange that I did not think and insist upon starting it while I was at home; but I find come to get away that I did hardly think of any thing I wanted to. Your present once a day washing is only a half way business. Moreover as for these washings. do not suffer yourself to get fatigued, or in the least degree chilled. That is you need not be very long about it. and perhaps it is not best to have the water very cold; that is if you find it chills you, so there is not abundant reaction. For the rest do not fatigue overexert, or tire yourself; spend your time variously; exercising as much & as variously as you feel does not injure you. and refrain as much as possible from all laborious reading study or thinking. And moreover I certainly advise you to try the wet sheet packing. I do not see why you cannot do it without difficulty. Just have a sheet wrung out in clean cold water; wrap closely around you, and cover up very warmly
