User-Contributed Transcription very much confirmed, since then, by many, almost night long discussions & disquistions with a certain Methodist College friend & sometime Chum of mine (Such arguments you know almost always have a powerful effect in confirming & strengthening one's own views and tenets upon any subject) I did not then, do hardly yet perceive the necessary vital, essential, difference in the creed of these denominations. The most zealous Arminian will allow the absolute perfect infinity of God. The most rigid Calvinist calls Man a free agent. And so I am willing to let the matter rest between them.By the way there seems to be a little too much of hard feeling between the Presbyterians & Congregationalists just now, Originating partly perhaps in some spirit of proselyting in this great Western field.Well, it is time for me to stop writing. My health is good. My work abundant but pleasant. It appears pretty certain that the work here is going on vigorously this summer. All are busy as possible making every preparation, and no one can get away now.How I early I shall be able to get away next Summer I cannot yet tell.                             With much love                                      Sincerely                                                 I.S.
