User-Contributed Transcription But for all that is rather hard sitting to hear him preach sometimes. At the close of services he gave notice that he would hereafter preach here not only the evening but all day or any part of it not otherwise occupied every second Sabbath of the month; and also that the Baptists proposed as soon as Spring opened to build themselves a church here. Four churches here is a unclear will be pretty well for one year. But possibly they will not all get builded this summer. The audience out tonight was quite respectable in spite of the mud. I guess it always is when Peter Hagler preaches. Very few females out though. Oh I did want to be at home so today. I do want to see you all. Good night Ettie, My Ettie, kiss P.W. for me. If I were there now I should wake him up kissing him; and perhaps hiss his Mother somewhat also. Goodnight & all good blessings to you. Isaac
