Abram Mitchell has bought ten acres N.E. of Town which he is starting peach orchards here 3 or 4 years planted have paid this year $1000.00 clear. If I can bring it about I mean to have my 16 acre tract joining town set in Peach trees this fall or next spring.  By the way you remember, or hearing of, E.P. Pettis & Brother, formerly "Pettis & Chickering of St Louis, used to be my agents, purchased &c. &c. E.P. is here now with his family, Brothers family expect to come in Spring; they have purchased each 60 acres N.E. of Town, the rest of thePyle tract extending from the Wall tract, now partly part of the village right North
