Pettis & Brother, formerly "Pettis & Chickering of St Louis, used to be my agents, purchased &c. &c. E.P. is here now with his family, Brothers family expect to come in Spring; they have purchased each 60 acres N.E. of Town, the rest of thePyle tract extending from the Wall tract, now partly part of the village right North
