User-Contributed Transcription happy and roguish as ever you saw.I do not know but he is as good as ever. Mayo was nearly, but he is much more roguish.Anna's health I think is not good as it used to be. Her Stomach is out of order a good deal, digestion poor. I think she has dyspepsia some.Doctor is busy in the Bank considerable, and does not like to ride much.So the rest of us have to do it all.We did expect Samuel here last of this week; but from your letter suppose he will not come till next week sometime. If you go to Milo to stay this Summer, or part of it, you must be very careful - for you know there is always so much to do there. You ought not to try to work even for your self or Percy at all. You are now Three score & ten and with Children like yours around you, you can well afford now to take the "Otium cum dignitate", a dignified ease. Better than to go to work yourself there you can hire a maid to wait upon you
