User-Contributed Transcription and took her to Tattersall's fording river at water works. The other heifer jumped fence and followed. Bute to Bullp.m. wrote letters & notices C.E. Picked some Tyson pears. -- Eve. drove over to Sear's to get her to go to Cleveland to hunt a speaker.Sat. 28 Drove to Field's corners started 5 a.m. to ask Prof. H.L. Willet of Chicago Univ. to speak at Rally. He was there at Disciple Convention. Unsuccessful.Made some bill boards for Rally and put up 3 down town. Miss Sears secured of J.Z. Tyler.Sun. 29 only 63 in our whole S.S. Roy taught class Hults went to Lake Ave. for me. Fred Reeve took him down with our horse. 14 present. Rainy. Jail Meeting Mr. Webster spoke. C.E. Consecration mtg. used 16 page selections from Excell's hymnbook. Took up collection for picnic.Mon. 30 Roy and I went to see Mrs. Miller for use of Chapel for Wm. G. Warren Impersonater. Made 2 more bill boards for Rally and one for Warren.p.m. mended bags. Hill lot for load of cornstalks, Clare Davis went with us.
