S.S. lesson Till 3. Then mowed grass in orchard Till supper.Eve. all sat on verandah and talked. Mary. Jno. Carrie, Father Marion Net Jo Eli Ike + I.Thurs 22. fair.a.m. Jo. Eli + I helped Geo. open out wheat stack say 2 hrs work. hoed in garden at home.p.m. cultivating + hoeing at hill lot. used muzzle on horse, corn higher than handEmily Wheeler + Mrs Wheeler, missionaries, at our house. Miss W. spoke at Eve. meetg. Harpoot [sic Harput]. Euphrates College* massacres. answers to prayer. faith healing.Fri 23 fair.hauling wheat for Geo till 5 p.m. finished stack.
