User-Contributed Transcription I feel that I must say something to you dear Nettie, I do want so much to see you happy, I want you to become so now, and I have been thinking that perhaps a little experience of my own might help you. When I was about Harrys age a number of my school friends became Christians. I felt that I wanted to be a Christian too, but I could not feel that I was. I thought - there must be a great change, and so I was unhappy and troubled for about 24 months waiting for the change that would not come. At last some one told me that I could never become a Christian that way, I must come just as I was. With some people this is never much change, I must do as Christ bids us, "Come to me and I will give you rest."I did just that and all the trouble fled. I was happy, & Nettie, you can not
