User-Contributed Transcription I ought to have $50,00 st least, at the beginning of the next term, and then should remain a good deal indebted upon my term bills; but I suppose I can get along and be satisfied with $25.00. by plunging a little deeper in debt; for which however I care not, for, if I have my health & God's blessing, I can earn it by Spring. Last Wed. 15th, fifteen of us went down to the Bay to have a 'sail.' four miles. 2 oclock, intending to get back by 6. Got a sail boat of perhaps 10 or 12 Tons burthen. Wind south, beat against it out several miles, thinking we could come
