Give love to Eliza. Wonder if she find any trouble in knowing "what to get for dinner" Fanny and George are right here, shelling peas, with May to help. They will be disappointed if you do not come. May and I have George's valise all ready packed to go to Pembroke. We expect to go this P.M. May felt as if she wanted to see Dunbarton and I thought on the whole I'd like to have her. I am glad John likes a hat. He is more likely to keep one on this head when out doors. Little Georgie here throws his off so fast as it can be put on- sometimes at least. I have bought & made a new gingham
