User-Contributed Transcription would be better to keep with them.Father seems quite unwell still though better than one would suppose he could be with his troubles. He feels quite discouraged at times, but never seems gloomy at all - usually in very good spirits. George is gone for a day or two to attend an Ass. at Minot. George is needing his vacation. He is not able to study much. The weather is delightful not very warm, but sunny and bright. May and I went yesterday down on the rocks in the River and had a good time. May thought it was "splendid". She is playing now with Georgie, the little sprite. He put my parasol into a pitcher of water this morning, but I guess it is not injured. It is hard to find enough for him to do.I wish you could meet us in Cleveland, and so you and I together
