An old classmate of mine (oh me! either the old or the of mine are superfluous) asked me the other day of the Board of Directors on Elyria had written regulations for their Schools. I was not certain but volunteered to find out, and if such existed to beg one for him. He expects to be at the head of quite a large school, furnished I believe entirely with Oberlin Teachers, and wished all the light possible on the best method of proceeding.
