User-Contributed Transcription Bangor May, 23rd /58Mr Dear ChildrenI have written to you once I dont know but twice since I came here_ My head is so confus'd that I cannot tell whether I have given you an account of the wedding which was Wednesday [19] morning at 8 oclock & the Groom & Bride started right off to Milo + Brownville & returnd Friday night_ They spent last evening here_ They expect to go to visit her Brothers Tuesday Wed. & Thursday and calculate to start for home Monday 31st a week from tomorrow probably be at your house Sat 5 of june perhaps sooner I long to know just how Percie has carried himself since I came away I am a little sad now a days I can spare Sam'l but tis like leaving my heart out to give Percie up to them
