Description
"D is a Despot, in whom ye may see, A symbol of all who hate the word-Free." Illustration of an inhuman monster wearing a crown surrounded by crosses, with sword in one hand and a fiery torch in the other, trampling people beneath him. In the background people are being executed. The cap of liberty' sits on top a large pole. "E is an Eye whose glance scatters the crew, of knave and corruptionist-jobber and jew." Illustration of an eye with a printing press as a pupil, scattering a gang of corrupt people. A satire in verse on the parliamentary reforms introduced during the reign of King William IV.
