Mr. Geo R. Wilkins was then declared to be president of the club, but as he declined to serve his verbal resignation was presented and accepted on regular motion duty seconded and vote.
Mr. Webster W. Wilkins was then nominated for the office of president and the nomination was truly seconded.   A motion was then made and duty seconded that the nominations be closed.  On vote carried.  A motion was then made and truly seconded that the secretary cast one vote for Mr. Webster W. Wilkins for president of the club.
On vote carried.
Mr. Webster W. Wilkins then assumed the chair as president of the club.
There was some discussion in regard to whether we should meet as usual on Thursday evening on January 31st, 1907 as the Roanoke Athletic Club would give an entertainment in the Auditorium usually occupied by the club on Thursday nights and a motion was made and duly
