Summary Invoice dated 1755 and issued to Thomas Cosher presumably by the colonial government of North Carolina. The invoice lists several types of combs for the Cherokee Indians as well as bullets for the then colonial governor of N.C., Arthur Dobbs. Cosher probably served as a merchant or trader of goods to the Cherokee Indians. The verso of the document records that payment for the items was received on Jan. 14, 1756.
