Description Drawing No. 89. Portrait of a Saukie boy, son of the head chief Keeokuk.  He is wearing an animal skin tunic with scalp locks.  He wears the skin of an animal in decoration, many strands of beads, a peace medal, a necklace made of grizzly bear claws.  His head is shaved, he wears a roach headdress, earrings, face paint  and he carries his bow and arrow set.
