Drawing No. 215. Portrait of a Choctaw ballplayer in his ballplayer dress and holding his ball and rackets. From the verso of the drawing: "All ball players wear a tail of quills or other quills or other material. In this tribe the tails are uniformly made of white horse hair, and in the form represented in this picture."
