C.L. Hutchinson, Esq.
Dear Sir
By the papers I noticed lately that the prospect of building the Lincoln[[?]] in Chicago was spoken of as contemplated.
Should the project as outlined in my former letter meet your approval would you not like me to come on and assist in carrying forward to a successful accomplishment(?)
I should be thankful for the opportunity to be of service and as you know could prepare articles for the press, get out circulars, extend invitations for funds and manage for the Committee or association, arousing public interest etc. It seems that you will need some one to attend to the details and be continually on the alert I to secure the needed funds
