American Mortgage Investment
Company, a corporation organ-

laws of the state of
Iowa, and was appointed
such Receiver on the 31st
day of July 1885 by the Hon
W H McHenry Judge of this
court, in the suit of the Des
Moines, National Bank vs
the American Mortgage and
Investment company, now
pending in said court. That
