Plaintiff say that it is a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio.
That defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Iowa.
That on and between the 14th day of March 1884 and the 19 day of April 1885. plaintiff sold defendant carbon amounting to six hundred + thirty one/25 dollars as will [[?]] fully appear in the statement of account hereto attached as exhibit A showing the date, quantity and reasonable and agreed values of the various items so purchased, and hereby made a part of this petition.
That defendant has made payments on said account as shown by exhibit A amounting to two
