Your allways most Wellcom letter reached me and filled my heart with Thanks to you, that has been so kind to me, remembering all the different times and ways you so heartely had helpt me. Of course the the hardest time were the one when I had to se the Doctor; to have the oppertion [[?]] would had helped me like you did. You and Mr Hecht are the kindest People under the Sun and I never will forget you. Thats Friends, a old saying is, a Friend in nead is a Friend indead. Thanks Mrs Hecht for latting me call you my friend It give me such happyness well This is the first time I had a letter from you in a long long time. I know how your time is taken, So I did not want to write again, as you would send me a few word right away An I happy to learn Jenny and you self
