Dear Ben Hecht - I read A Child of the
Century when it was  first published and
liked it very much--Now in the
midst of assorted troubles (wife, work and etc's)
I reread the book and may I say that
the rereading has given me a tremendous
lift. Theres a hell of a lot of wisdom
and goodness and hope in it. You
probably hate fan letters (so do I except
when I write to myself) but I had
to put this down on paper--I hope
you are in the best of health.

Sincerely,
Gregory Morton
PS. I once worked with
You. Remember "Solomon"?
